how does vitiman b 12 help with detox

Darn!  I bought B12 AND that 5 hlp or whatever and "put it in a safe place" somewhere.   I havent found it for a week now.   ugghh!  id make an excellent frickin easter bunny.

Gosh i'm all over the place lol.
I detoxed from Vicodin last week....and B12 was great because it promotes enegry.
