I'm Back

Hey everyone, just getting around finally, a little slow still, plus I had a virus on my computer. As some of you know about a month ago I had a severe UTI, I guess it never went away because last week I started hurting again. My body has not been the same since my hysterectomy last year, no one can tell me why these are more common after that surgery? Anyways, I ended up back in the hospital over the weekend. I was not able to keep anything down for a couple of days and then started vomiting blood. This thing I have is now affecting my kidneys, and I am in such horrible pain. I am going to do some research into all of this. Just wanted to know if anyone else knows anything about this, I have never had these before. I will be catching up on some posts for a few if you want to drop me a line : )

wow, well it's kinda nice to know that it's not just me, i am seriously thinking about suing the doc who did this to me. the reason why i had it done was because he told me i had fibroids, turns out i had only one large cyst of my right ovary. he still butchered me anyways and talked me into keeping my cervix to hold up my bladder? and so that I would still be able to enjoy sex? lol, geez, and yes i have had ulcer issues in the past and have been so stressed out lately at not finding a job. they sent me home with prilosec, zofan to melt on my tongue to keep me from throwing up and 20 percs. i have only taken two of the pain pills today. all i can taste is metal. i don't really have a doctor right now since i don't have insurance so i just go to the er since they can't turn me away. they told me if i am not feeling better by the end of the week to come back for scans and more tests, oh boy! so what has this lovely surgery done for you? : ) thanks for listening

That surgery sucks the life out of you. I had it three years ago and I have literally fallen apart since. I gained weight, have numerous problems and aches and pains as a result. My Dr. says what do you expect they literally casterate you....kind of made me realize that it was a hell of a surgery.
It has to do with your bladder as it does not have the organs to rest on. I know that sounds weird but that is what I was told...no expert but maybe this is right., I am sorry you were ill. Vomiting blood can mean a number of things as I have done this. You could have an ulcer, raw stomach lining etc. etc...What does your dr. say? Be careful what you find on the internet as it will just further upset you. I go crazy when I start self diagnosing. Good luck From one sicky to another...lol
