I was trying to find out if Librium is a drug that is used to detox from Loritab.

Lortab, Lorcette, vicodin, hydrocodone, why does this (and other drugs) get some much free press. They are liver killers(tylenol) and the cough medicines with hydro codone (I won't name them all) are much better for abusing or getting straight, if that's what you want . Librium? where do people come up with this stuff? all the best

Yes it is..but only in detox facilities where you can be closely monitored. It's not something you'd wanna self medicate with.
