I am having to learn to deal with every ache and pain - I didn't realize how much I wasn't feeling (or using as an excuse to overmedicate even more!)

We actually have to be like 'real' people and deal with things now. that's not fair!  lol

It isn't fair I agree but you know one thing - a lot of the aches and pains are not permanent.  They will get better - just takes time.  Jen you do sound a lot better today though.  You are kicking arse! :)

haha!  and believe it or not - 3 Aleve actually work better than the norco's for cramps.  trust me - i tried it many, many, many times... :-)

ps - i can't post my pic!  there's some sort of prob... i've seen alot of peeps say this recently too.  ah well.. i am still in cognito i guess!
