Another Day

It sounds like a few of us have had nice dinners with the family tonight and I am no exception.  I spent most of the day at doggy-sitting my daughters dogs but while I was there my grandaughter and I were able to swim for a couple of hours and I got lots of laundry done.   What a task!  
Now I'm home and I have the clothes put away, the beds are made, I fired up the charcoal bbq and grilled some beef and chicken for burritos and then my grandaughter who is 9 and I sat and had a nice meal.  The 14 yr old son ate in his room but came out to chat with us.

I am exhausted.  I also got my air conditioner installed and the house is getting nice and cool now at 8 pm.  I am so glad tomorrow is Sunday.
I feel a little better today too, not as moody but not exactly "even keeled" lol!

We are doing ok, folks.  We are fighting one heck of a fight and at the same time taking care of our families.  Gotta give ourselves a little pat on the back for that.  

The kids want to watch "Stomp the Yard" so I'll close for now.  You know how it is with teenagers, when they are socialable with da parents ya gotta jump on it.  Hey maybe I'll even make popcorn!!!

Its all gonna be ok and my friends are helping that to happen.  Thank you sooo much and a special big hug to Shel, MJ, and Tim cuz you three have really made me feel welcome and like I am a part of this forum with your kindness and compassion.  
There are some very good people here.

Awww... I'm so glad u had such a nice nite with your doggies, granddaughter and son.  That sounded like so much fun.  If I had a pool, I would stay in it for hours lol.  Damn, that sounds so nice right about now.  You are doin' so good.  And you are so right, when they wanna spend time with ya, you gotta jump on it.  I so understand that lol.

And yes, Shelby, Tim, u tzt, lizzielou and a few others have really made me feel welcome here.  I'm so happy with the forum now.  With the drama before I didn't even wanna come here anymore but it's died down now so I'm very happy comin' here again.  Thank god because I don't think I can deal with the drama right now.  I'm such a mess right now.  It feels like I can't get ahead... I can't wait til I start feelin' better.  Every minute is like a day right now.

I hope you have a wonderful nite sweetie, and I'm here for a little while longer if ya wanna chat.  I know you are watching a movie right now though and that's awesome!!
