This is day five :)

Little update~Day five c/t no pills not one i did not fill my script yesterday which i think is the hardest thing i have ever NOT done ! I still dont feel the best but im gettin by. As for the job interview it went well one thing i have going for me is my sister has worked at this hospital for almost ten years and the director of nursing likes my sister alot so maybe that will work in my favor . I was honest with her about being fired , now is the bad part.....................the wait. She is waiting for my referances to come back and then she said shed call in a week or so right now im just trying to remain calm although its hard when things are so tough.
Last night i just fell apart in my husbands arms i cried and i cried thinking of not working and missing some of the residents and i told him as i cried like a baby i said" i cannot belive im never going to work there again i have worked there for seven years full time and then boom im gone . The job wasnt much but i felt important working there all those years and now i have to start from the bottom ." But I cant keep dwelling on that job now i have to look forward and please keep me in your prayers that i get this job and ALL of you always are in my prayers. Luv to ALL of you~Chros

yea chrostie!!! good for you honey. you are doing great. all that happened will fade quickly when you get a new job and new friends. everything will be as it was before....just straight!! keep it up honey, you have hurdled a big one with the rx.

That is great, but I worry about the rx you have. Please stay strong and don't give in. I hope you get that new job and are very successful. I do believe that everything happens for a reason. You know the old saying "When one door closes, another opens".... I bet you will find this to be true. I would like to see a post 2 months from now and you are doing well. It is hard to lose a job and especially when you are trying to quit the pills. My prayers are with you.

5 days is great...I really hope you get the job...Hey maybe you losing this job was meant to happen, for you to get clean and get this new one, i am sure they will drug test you at this new one??

I hope you get the job.... WOW day 5 GOOD FOR YOU .....keep it up !!!! give it a few weeks you will be feeling really good.I would look into NA you are going to need a support system ...
