SOME MOTIVATION!

just in case you need some---I dropped more than 15 pounds in 2 weeks--I needed too, so for me it's a good thing---just in case it helps anyone to stick to it:):):)

made me smile--I wish I lived in Sedona!  Actually living in Akansas---(from Scotts)....that-AR- where the depression, weight, and pills started!!!!!hahahhehehehe  Anyway, spend my summers in San Diego still!
Back to business...I couldn't eat when I was stopping--I was so sick..taking way too many and that's what MADE me stop; and also my doc. had just mentioned---last month...that alot of my swelling could be from my back pain pills and motrin--I didn't tell him about oxys...so I stopped EVERYTHING!  I even try not to take tylenol...anyway ALL the swelling is gone and that's when the water weight fell off and because my legs where my worse withdrawal I worked out more--just so I could move them---just light---but I sweat alot!  Now I'm watching what I eat and working out harder--I have about 40 to go....I was really in a bad place....

I am going the other way, but i lost over 80 lbs while using and now gained back over 20 lbs in 2 months of not using.  Are you sodone from sodona, lol
