addiction to colas

I am seriously considering suing for my addiction to colas.  This is a serious problem no one really addresses.  I am also interested in starting some kind of self help group that focuses only on cola addiction.  1)  Is it possible that a lawsuit would be winable - and how does one go about finding such a lawyer that would be honest, serious, and respectable and see this as a cause not just for the money  2) Are there groups out there that deal with cola addictions  3) If so do they have successful outcomes  4)  If not what model of addiction treatment would you consider to work off of

What exactly is cola companies doing that's considered negligent enough that they would be liable in a lawsuit? By the way, you're not addicted to cols..you're addicted to caffeine..along with probably 200 million American coffee and coke drinkers.

Maybe too much cola is causing your gerd problem.Get yourself a drinking jug (adult sippycup) and fill it with water and use crystal light pwder or something or juices and drink that instead.

your addicted to caffine and the sugars in cola you can stop suddenly and have some unpleasent effects like no concentration shaking fatigue headaches an so on........
but after a week or 2 your body will get used to no caffine and u will be fine u cant sue the company because they lable it effectively its your choice to drink it !!!

Yes it is the caffeine and no you can not sue them .If you need too. cut it down like any another drug .Reduce one cola every 3 days until you are off it .Stay away from coffee as well.
