  on day 3---did any of you have or are having memory problems--I feel like I might make a big mistake and screw something up big --like driving or at work!  I went back to work today--maybe too early but can't use any more sick days if possible--plus I thought I'd be able to get busy and feel better but I can't even concentrate for more than 10 seconds--I'm  sooo fatigued...
i 'm going to try and just breeze through this week....(at work)  The shower/tub thing ...except when I get out I get the chills but love it and thanks for advice.......again memory problems anyone??????

I am having memory problems and on day 9. It is very hard to concentrate and muster up any kind of motivation. I do have moments of clarity and excitement that right now is few and far between.

Hurtin:
The dramamine really helps me and knocks me out. I would ask your doctor for Gambentin??? for the pain and take ibruprophen too. I try to keep the thought in my mind that the pills only gave me a buzz for 20-30 minutes. You keep trying to chase that high and it just doesn't come back.

GaGuy:
I am finding that I stutter at times. Not really bad and just a word or two. It happens when the anxiety gets to me. I have never been a stutterer in my life.

Hope:
You are hanging in there with me!!!  We knew it wasn't going to be easy and try we have (many times). I am praying so much and it does help.

You are doing great and I look to the people (like you) that are fighting this battle and staying clean.

I wish my memory of opiods would go away ha ha.I'm on day 6 and can understand what your going through.Thanks for the advise on dramamine as sleep seems to be the hardest part for me.I wish I could get a script and only take it when my back really hurts but I can't,I'll eat the whole bottle and scramble to get the next 90.Thats why I have to do this.

I think the memory problems is normal when going through all this. I know for me i was forgetting things like crazy, i would tell someone something and then like 30 min. later say it again, Lol...

It will pass with time, it is just our body trying to readjust. All the pills took over us, and now without them it is kinda like learning how to live all over again (normal).

You are fine, happens to all of us.

I'm feelin alot clearer but I'm also home in bed..hahaha.  I'm worried about the memory thing being a teacher and all!!!!!  It was very overwhelming today but just ate a whole meal--ist since last weds I think and feel 'normal'--just got out of bath-legs pretty bad still--that's been the worse for me --even at work they hurt---they feel good now right after the hothot bath--thx r2r  :)  Try dramamine for sleep it works so well on me--it calms me and my stomach and a fall right to sleep!    R2R what day are you on?  You have been my angel---thanks soooo much!!!!

i have bad memory problems, that is one thing i hope gets better....just ask Fladdict..When i talk to her she says "yea you told me that"...
Maybe that and sleep are last to come...i just hope mine as well as yours gets better..

i had serious memory problems when i quit. i knew the way to where i was going, a 15 minute drive, and i got lost, made it there in an hour. thats how messed up my memory was. plus i was having panic attacks.
