What is Ultram? Going c/t tomorrow...help

I am scared to do this once again, and this time with no help from any other meds, as I dont have the means to get them,. But I am scared. I have the Thomas Recipe, but can't get valium or any other benzo. I hope that I get through this. Any advice, help, I'll take it....

Lis - is there just no way to get to an urgent care and ask for clonidine? it just makes it alot easier...

regardless, you'll get thru it either way.  you know you will... we've done it before, right?

buy some kava kava tea and brew like, 8 bags to 2 cups water.  let it steep for forever.  drink tons of it.  if you can't get any meds that's the best thing i can think of.  i recently stopped taking vicodin.  i tapered off and it was still a ***** when i stopped completely but i feel really REALLY great to be done with it and 7 days free.  you will get through it, spend as much time in a hot bath as you can manage.  bengay on your legs helps a little with the RLS.
