ANd you still can't sleep, does the sub make you feel anxious? Because you should be sleeping fine. When I took Sub, I was able to sleep right away> Does your dr. know you can't sleep? How about ambien?

I screwed up a little while ago cause it was my birthday and I partyed and then went right to shooting up again but I am on day 8 now and feel better then I ever have off of pills in the last 3 years.
How many days are you at?

lonote....honey, I check on my girls every morning. Even though I have been swamped, I think of you all every day. So you can't sleep at all? Have you tried Melatonin? WHen I couldn't sleep, that is what helped me out tremendously. It worked wonders.....I think. Lack of sleep is the worst part of w/d, that and the RLS....how many days do you have? It shouldn't last too much longer....I am here if you need me....

Honey, I am doing well..it is you that I am worried about and think of every day. How are things? I am doing good. Looking forward to my trip to Key West. I cannot wait. Other than that, nothing is new...I have been trying to maintain sobriety...and moving along well.....My daughter is great and is prooving to be a handful as she is 8 going on 18....UGH,,,,kids....lol...

Well, I miss you girl, and hope that you are ok. I should be here all day....hopefully, we can catch up...

I gotta be honest, although kidney stones were hell, they are NOTHING compared to what you have gone through the past few years!!! I mean that!! But they're gone, now!! Woo Hoo!!

Aww, honey. That sucks...but at least it is gone.....I myself, have never had one, but I have been told it is nothing short of hell...And I do not ever want one.

But, I am so happy it is  gone and that you are feeling better.

Em, you are too sweet. We are all each others inspiration. I am no better and have no better of a story. We have all been through our own thing...our own individual stories....that make us who we are. As long as we support and love each other, unconditionallly, then nothing can stop us....

Everything is great with me, so far...I am going to Key West in three weeks, I cannot wait....just need a vacation....lol...Nothing else too knew to report...

What has been going on here, with all the fighting, Man, I am glad Im not on at night....lol...
