Hydrocodone withdraw

I'm trying to withdraw from Hydrocodone. I haven't had any since yesterday morning and it's about 12pm and I'm starting to notice I'm missing it and need to know what I'm in for and when will I not miss it if I cold turkey off

I've been taking 7.5 Hydrocodone. The script says 1 or 2  4 times a day and I usually take only 6 a day. I have been taking them daily since February. Now I cut back to 2 a day since Monday.

everyone is different, but if i remember clearly, when i was wd'ing off vicoden it was days 2-3 that was the worst physically and mentally it takes about 2 weeks.  it is best if you just tell yourself you have the flu for a few days and hunker down in bed if you need to, but then get up and move around as soon as you are able.  i know of people taking A LOT of immodium to help with wd's as well as vitamin supplements for sleep and you need quinine (in tonic water or hylands restfull legs) because for me, by far the worst symptom was restless legs and arms.  if it were not for those i would have been able to sleep

First off, congrats for wanting to get off of the pills!  It's an exciting step forward to reclaiming your life.
How much and how long has your use been?
Typically opiate detox is 5-7 days with Day 3-4 being the worst.  Look up the Thomas Recipe in the health pages and stock up on the vitamins and supplements.
The most important thing is to surrender to the process and drink plenty of fluids.  As in, ten times more than you think you need.  Immodium for the tummy troubles, hot baths with epsom salts are your best friend.
