How on earth do you women do it!?
I took my 24hr urine test yesterday, no problems. I was just wondering if they handed you gals a jug, and told you to fill it. I can't imagine having to fumble around with that thing as a women. It was awkward enough being a man. I gotta tell you, keeping the jug in the refrigerator kinda weirded me out as well.
I know, this is kind of a silly post, but I just can't imagine going through that test as a woman. My respects out to you all :)

Can you tell me the exact name of the test? Not that I have a hope of getting it done accurately... my local lab lately has botched both ACTH and renins... grrrrr... they both need special handling.
My adrenals have been out since 1995...my endo just recent switched from the 24hr urine to a blood test that I have to lay down for 30 minutes for, but that's it! No refridgerated pee! Awesome. By the way, do you have any family history of tumors or cancers? I had 2 pheo's when I was 16 and it turns out I inherited a genetic disease. (lucky me)

And when I test, no one drinks the lemonade, or apple juice - or whatever... LOL... and if you freeze it, it is a peecicle. I also have had salivacicles.
My hubby groans when he sees it.
I get a cooler and keep it in the bathroom, so packed with ice packs, I don't have to keep running back to the fridge until it is all over. Some of my friends get a soft cooler and carry it around! With all the accoutrements in plastic bags and gloves...
I have been doing this test since 1992... I was so happy when I had my adrenals out and I thought I would NEVER do it again, and now they still make me do it... I was so, so, unhappy... :(
