I guess what I'm really wondering, is should my regular dose of HC be enough for me to do active exercise without causing me problems, or would I need to take a little extra Hc if I know I will be very active?
I don't know how it is for you, but If I am active one day - or rather TOO active, I pay the next day. So if I get frustrated and push push push - then I end up sick, in a lot of pain or weak but I have the MG as well - so it may differ with you.
You have to know your body.
