lactose intolerance milk. and meds ?

I found out about 6months ago , I have become latose intolerance to dairy products of all sorts. I kept off them for a few months - felt fine, but kept bloating and getting belly aches and heartburn - now to find that some fillers and coatings in medications (that I take) for High blood pressure-  use dairy products ?  thus within 1hour or more I get a slightly bloated belly condition after taking meds.  seems the older I get -the more problems discovered, as im fully allergic to dieuretics of all types.  and break out in hives and itching bad.   besides stopping the dairy products - and useing gas x to get rid of the gas problems -bloating belly.  is there anything I can take that is safe to use -to stop the bloating belly - and aches with it.   as I can no longer stand the cramps and belly aches (bloating conditions) anylonger- as it sometimes goes to far and like tonight iv been up, sitting upright for 5hours with this condition. that now is slowly fadeing - not a happy camper here !   thanks

I've been told that some of my meds have lactose that I didn't know about, too.  It was suggested that I take Lactaid with these meds.  I haven't tried that, but it might be worth a shot before attempting to take the medication in question again.
