what is the difference between prednisone 10mg and the prednisone pak 10 mg?
Exactly - the med is the same, the strength is the same - the pack is just an easier way for your doctor to prescribe it rather than actually figuring out how many pills to prescribe - and also probably easier on the pharmacy for them not having to write out all the instructions on dosing. And, of course, easier on the patient when taking the meds because the dose pack is a "blister pack" where you can very easily see how much you have taken and how much you have left to take any given day.

There really isn't a difference. The pak is easier to keep track of how many you need take that day.
