Immediate skin reaction covid vaccine

I had immediate itchiness after receiving the Moderna vaccine this week. The next morning also woke up with swelling, redness and warmth. I've read that Covid arm seems to be associated to a delayed response not immediate. I've had several Moderna shots previously with no reaction and I have no known allergies. Concerned if this means  I should stop getting the vaccine in the future?

Hello.  Sorry that happened. I wouldn't think this means to stop getting the vaccine. And I believe there is more than one manufacturer of the covid boosters such as Pfizer. Here's info from the cdc stating you should continue to get boosters even with a skin reaction. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/allergic-reaction.html
