Sensitive to Cold

I m 28 years old female. My arms and feet are sensitive to cold. Even if it is 80F in home and my arms and feet are not covered I start sneezing. My medical history is good other than I'm allergic to dust, pollen etc.Since last year, I'm getting allergy shots.

Can you help in finding why I feel cold?

Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to the forum, Reasons for cold extremities can be due to vitamin B12, B1 and B6 deficiency, nerve injury, diabetic neuropathy, cervical sponylosis, frostbite, peripheral vascular disease, hypothyroidism etc. It is typically seen in hypothyroid condition wherein the person is intolerant to cold and it can be associated with other symptoms like constipation, change in voice etc.

For confirmation you can check your sugar level, thyroid status etc. You may have to take vitamin B-complex supplements. I suggest you to consult physician. Take care and regards.
