Hello and hope you are doing well.
In an entity called allergic rhinitis, the symptoms are similar to a common cold, but they are usually more persistent and show seasonal variation with episodes of sneezing. The individual responds to an allergen, which can be in many forms like dust and household mites. It appears that you are suffering from such a phenomenon. But the tightness in the chest could indicate Asthma, which is also triggered by allergens. It is a disease affecting the lungs causing narrowing of the airways, usually due to an allergic reaction to triggering factors. Have yourself evaluated for the same. This can be detected by a spirometry test.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
