After suffering for the last 5 years or so with sinus infections and Allergic Rhinitis, one of the best alternative remedies that I've found is to use a sinus-rinse.  There are several different types but at present I'm use the Neil Med sinus rinse, it's effective and easy to use.  It hasn't stopped me from using my steriod nasal drops but it does help to clear my congestion in the morning and evening.

Hello,

The most common way to get rid of a stuffy nose in sinusitis is to use an over-the-counter (OTC) decongestant combined with an anti-inflammatory analgesic (pain reliever) like Ibuprofen. However, you should not use decongestants for more than 5-7 days at a time. Avoid indigestible, spicy, foods and meats.  And obtain needed out-of-door exercise, sunbaths, and swimming. It can also be treated using an antihistamine nasal spray or saline nasal sprays. Symptoms can also be relieved by using a nasal spray that contains corticosteroids. But due to their side effects,it is better to use saline nasal sprays.
The golden rule for chronic stuffy nose is steam inhalation. Inhaling steam from a bowl of hot (but not boiling water) may help to soften, and loosen, the build up of mucus in your nose. You may also find that adding some menthol crystals, or eucalyptus oil, to the water, helps to ease your symptoms of catarrh.

These remedies should work for you. If the symptoms still persist then pls consult an ENT specialist.
I hope I have provided you with sufficient information. In case you need more, pls post us.
