The tiny blisters around the lips

The culprit appears to be citric acid; it is in everything from Salami to candy. She loves oranges, however, can't eat them; thought mangoes might be a good substitute--contains citric acid. We also tried a hydrocortisone for the blister area & a pure lanolin for the lips themselves; appears to work a bit better. Received that tip from this sight.

Tell me she'll grow out of it.

Good you could identify the allergen. Now you need to avoid it. Read the ingredient list of all food stuff carefully. Note down the list of products already identified. Although some children may eventually outgrow their allergic symptoms,  about 80 per cent will have dry, irritable skin throughout their lives. About 10 to 15 per cent of children will continue to have them as adults. The symptoms may reappear at any time, especially during times of stress.

Yes, the pure lanolin on the lips and hydrocortisone on the area above & below - the area the blisters are appearing. This approach works a bit better than the desitin.
