Hi,

Three lac is a probiotic mixture used to attack the candida population. Its efficacy has not been established as yet by definite studies or trials but can be used as a supplementary or adjunctive treatment in addition to the mainstay anti-fungal medications being prescribed by your doctor.

Do let your doctor know if you are taking any such medications.

Regards.

Also the main thing is the diet (complete sugar and yeast food elimination).  Also Garlic and some seed extracts (I forget which) are natural antifungals.  I good probiotic does help alot, and I have heard great things about Threelac.

Hey there...I've looked into it but haven't tried it yet.  Instead I have started supplementing my diet with Caprylic Acid tablets.  They are availalbe at your local supplements shop.  Caprylic Acid is toxic to Candida and seems to help keep the populations at reasonable levels thus reducing their appearance in certain parts of the body.  Hope this helps.
