This has been going on for a while, I've had doctors just tell me not to have caffeine and that's all. Whenever I have anything like caffeine, pre workouts or even codeine sometimes, something that fills my body with energy or that buzz you get. My body just doesn't react well and I become anxious as in the sense that my vision becomes very blurry, I can't concentrate, I feel like I'm sort of not there. I don't want a replacement to be sugar as I eat very healthy, is there anything that anyone knows or reccomends? I work shifts and need something to keep me awake whilst working sometimes.
