Severe Chest Pain when Drinking.

I have been drinking alcohol for about 3-4 years and for about one and a half of those years, every time I have drunk alcohol I have got a severe chest pain. Unlike most people who say to experience similar symptoms, it seems to happen after 2+ drinks and takes about 2 hours to start taking effect. After many agonising nights, I have discovered the only substance I can take to stop the pain is numerous painkillers. I have been prescribed omeprazole in the past which hasn't helped and have been referred to a specialist and have had a gastroscopy which came back perfectly normal. Another weird factor is that the pain won't go away - even with painkillers - if I have food in my stomach, this means if I eat while I'm drinking I have to vomit everything up. Just recently after not drinking for a solid 4 months I found out even my dinner that I had consumed 4 hours earlier to drinking had to leave my system for the pain to go away. If everyone has any idea is to what this reaction is and why this is happening it would be great to hear from you.
