Hi, welcome to the forum, pseudo allergy has the manifestations which are similar to true allergic reaction, except the cause is different. Firstly, cause of pseudo allergy should be determined. which can be due to:

- Excess of histamine in the body
- Alteration or modification in one's immune system
- Altered metabolism like intolerance to NSAIDs (ex. Aspirin)

In such condition, histamine rich foods like sardines, tuna fish, certain cheese, certain pain killers (aspirin, diclofenac etc.) should be avoided. You can take other carbohydrate rich foods including cereals, bread etc. Avoid cheese, butter and milk cream products. Use unsaturated fatty acid like vegetable oils for food preparation. Good exercise to burn calories like aerobics, jogging is helpful. I suggest you to consult dietitian in your area. Take care and regards.

Checkout metabolic and nutritional typing. Dr Mercola has a free test to determine your type.
Then you just follow the guidelines for your type.

Also do Dr. Coca's Pulse test -Free download- Takes about a week but it's worth it.
Very good diagnostic tool. You may need a friend or acquaintance with health care backround to help you interpret the test results.
You will know with a great degree of certainty the offending substances.
Pseudo allergies or actual should make no difference. A reaction is a reaction.

Extra virgin coconut oil to replace all your cooking oils would be advisable for all kinds of great health benefits, including weight loss, more energy and increased metabolism.
Check it out on the net. It's wonderful!
Hope this helps.
Post again for more info or to give update.
Blessings

Welcome to the site and to the community. You have come to a place where people are very supportive and have a lot of information. I would like to point out that
as the information on your left says, this is only my personal advice and you should always consult a doctor with problems first. Also, while it is
understandable to want information or advice about medication/s you should never alter or stop without speaking to the prescribing doctor first.
The advice I give is from personal knowledge and or experience, this does not mean I am a health professional or that my advice should be
taken over a health professionals. If I am not able to help, rest assured there will probably be more people to help.
