You will know with a great degree of certainty the offending substances.
Pseudo allergies or actual should make no difference. A reaction is a reaction.

Hi, welcome to the forum, pseudo allergy has the manifestations which are similar to true allergic reaction, except the cause is different. Firstly, cause of pseudo allergy should be determined. which can be due to:
- Excess of histamine in the body
- Alteration or modification in one's immune system
- Altered metabolism like intolerance to NSAIDs (ex. Aspirin)
In such condition, histamine rich foods like sardines, tuna fish, certain cheese, certain pain killers (aspirin, diclofenac etc.) should be avoided. You can take other carbohydrate rich foods including cereals, bread etc. Avoid cheese, butter and milk cream products. Use unsaturated fatty acid like vegetable oils for food preparation. Good exercise to burn calories like aerobics, jogging is helpful. I suggest you to consult dietitian in your area. Take care and regards.
