Hi
How are you now?
The food types that you mentioned are causing localized allergic reactions in your throat. It’s quite possible that the lesions are there from before due to a severe case of reflux esophagitis (a condition in which food is thrown up into the food pipe from the stomach). Taking canned or spicy or hot food probably aggravates the underlying condition.
I am not sure why you are regularly taking antibiotics, for along with dropping your immunity the antibiotics also aggravate acidity.
If you have burning sensation in your chest, belching, feeling of regurgitation of food in your mouth etc. then you need to see a physician soon. Antacids will help you, however I recommend you see your physician with these suggestions.
Let me know what your doctors say. If you need more help, please feel free to contact. I’ll be happy to answer your queries. Please keep me posted.
Again, no tests needed right now. Just avoid what makes you sick. Ordinary soy and preservatives are not healthy for anyone.
thanks to you guys, i have inquired the allergy test in our country(philippines) its very expensive, i think allergy in throat and skin are not the same, my throat become ichy when i eat the food i mention, its likes i have pimples inside of my throat & very reddish color, what i do is gargle salt with water to kill the bacteria, its work for me i never drink antibiotic couse it will drop my immune system becouse of so much medicine inside my body like my doctor did to me he always give me antibiotic, my immune drop & i need to recover again need a lot of excercise.
If you are allergic to msg, you are also allergic to soy. So is in everthing . Do not eat anything with soy, soy flour, soy oil, soybean sprouts, tamari, tofu, Vitamin E, soy lecithin, Worchestershire sauce. Canned goods can have preservatives, and many people are allergic to these. Coffee an teas can also have preservatives. Vanillan ice cream can have soy,soy oil, soy lecithin. I do not know about milk. Reading labels is cheaper than allergy testing. When someone toldme about soy allergy, my health improved 50%. I have allergy testing, but not for food.
You could avoid all soy products, preservatives, and drink organic coffee and tea.
Read the label on vanilla ice cream or give this up and give upmilk. canned goods, vinegar. Spicy often contains soy oil. In restaurants, ask if soy is used. I went to a Mecican restaurant recently and the only thing I could eatwas acorn tortillan and an avocado.Every thing else had soy,
I recently tried agave nector, toavoid sugar. I am also allergic to that. Soy is often a cheap by-product, so it is used a lot. Soul is rarely a healthy food.
I cannoteat any thing canned or frozen fron regular stores. I have to cook fresh or use health food.
Good luck
Hello,
First of all it is important to find out to which foods, you are allergic. Skin tests are used for this purpose. This test involves pricking, scratching or injecting food extracts into the patient’s skin. The skin will react with redness and swelling for those extracts capable of eliciting an allergic reaction when consumed.Other tests used are blood tests like RAST and food challenge tests.
Then treatment involves complete avoidance of that food in any form, even hidden forms like presence of that allergan in small quantities in some foods or additives. You need to read lengthy, detailed lists of ingredients on the label for each food they consider eating.
If however any food allergy occurs, then treatment is dependent on symptoms.Antihistaminics and corticosteroids are most commonly used. Bronchodilators can relieve the symptoms of asthma. But no medication in any form is available to reliably prevent an allergic reaction to a certain food before eating that food. You should wear medical alert bracelets or necklaces stating that you have a food allergy and that you are subject to severe reactions. You also always should carry a syringe of adrenaline (epinephrine [Epipen]), obtained by prescription from your doctor, and be prepared to self-administer it if you think you are developing an allergic reaction.Role of immunotherapy in prevention of food allergy have not yet been proven.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries
