You would be surprised how much garlic some foreigners eat. They don't get sick.

Here's something you might enjoy. I was heading off to India with my infant daughter. Friends warmed me not to eat the hot food as it would get into breast milk and upset the baby. So I asked them what Indian women ate when they were breastfeeding.

Garlic shouldn't make anyone sick, unless you have a sulphur allergy.  Keep in mind garlinase is a standardized garlic, meaning it isn't a completely natural form of garlic.  It's a fine product, but just know garlic supplements aren't all equal.  The type of garlic supplement you're best off with depends on why you're taking it.
