My MD practices kinesiology. I didn't go to a chiropractor. I got rid of all my food allergies and the inhalant allergies he tested me for. And the results are fast and permanent. Regular allergy doctors have an easy life. The patient never gets better, never gets worse, and doesn't wake you up at night.
Sorry about the best answer business. Don't know how one gets one, but it does seem to make others' answers seem less good, and I don't claim to know the truth of that.
Did that work for you? There's a chiropractor around here who's always advertising that for allergies. I'm curious about it.
Hie thee to a kinesiologist.
by the way I have tried 3 differant eye drops ..they dont work on me .
I have copied your ideas out and the names to ask for at Sprouts I felt it was tree pollen when I had that mad fit after the mailman came, that sure was a weird tree momentso really Chinese skullcap may be useful and the pills from Bioforce ..I hope something works ,that sneezing jolts my whole body to say nothing of scaring the cat ....lol
Sorry, I said histamines, I meant antihistamines. Which reminds me, taking homeopathic histamine can also be helpful. And a product called Moducare helps modulate the immune system; allergies are essentially caused by an overactive immune system.
Marg, you can buy over the counter allergy drop for your eyes. Use a Netty Pot for your nose
and keep the humidity in your home between 30%- 50% If you have central air keep the fan on
and a good filter in it.
As far as I know there are no really non-pharmaceutical product to fight allergies really well. What you need is a lot of antihistamines and you can obtain them from various food sources. I'm thinking about citrus fruits since they contain good amount of vitamin C too.
For a complete orthomolecular approach I would have a look at this website.
