Melatonin

Had trouble finding someone close by who sells melatonin,finally found a chemist that will order it in for me,It will cost $50 for 20ml,What does it cost in the US.Just curious

Go on the internet.  Melatonin is really cheap.  Look for Source Naturals on google, and look for the 1mg sublingual tablets.  Shouldn't cost more than a few bucks.

Personally i take the pills and i like it this way since the time it takes effect is appropriate for me. I take it 90 min before going to bed and when i go to bed I'm ready to sleep with melatonin's effect. Sublingual formulas are usually absorbed very well and act faster. The choice is yours, there is no better choice.

What's better the pills or the drops,or is there no difference,and what dose is best to take.I've seen my Dr and we are going to taper off the valium and just use the melatonin she was happy for me to go this way

You can buy melatonin pills at your local health/food supplements store. They usually sell 3mg with at least 60 pills for under 20$.

Melatonin is sold in the US over the counter. The melatonin I have seen is in a pill form and is very inexpensive. Can get it almost any where.
