dont understand why you panic so bad if you think about throwing up, its natureal and it makes you better, i dont do it alot probley 5-6 times in my life and am 51 but am ok with it if i have to, sorry you feel so strong about this hope you get better
Hey jcook144.
I know what it means to live with this.
When I was a child I lived with a fear of dying, each time
when my Somatoform Pain Disorder would spike and cause me to
actually cry from the intensity of the pain.
The fear actually was worse than the physical suffering.
However, somehow, I managed to overcome this. (More on this another time)
Do not lose faith in the ability that we all have to heal our bodies.
The Anulom Vilom pranayam from Hava is interesting, as I remember I was doing
a similar breathing pattern when I was experiencing my issues.
It was for me just like a "rescue",also with similar effects as the Bach floral remedy "Rescue".
Next post I'll have more time . gtg now!
Blessings,
Nikodicreta
Thank you all very much for your responses. I will look into them!
Anxiety occurs to me if anything (health wise) is out of wack. For example...if someone says "I dont feel good" even if they mean they are sad or something I automattically assume they mean they are going to throw up and it sends me into a panic attack. I am having an anxiety attack right now because i have a weird pressure in my stomach. Even though im not nausious at all...it still cant help but to fear for my life that im going to throw up. My anxiety is out of control.
I am anxiety sufferer and will try the pranayam and address the 5 basic factors
Hey jcook144.
It is good that you took this step, to post here, as well.
To get this done right, first it is wise to rule out some
basic factors that may be causing or contributing to your issues.
Nutritional causes:
1. Mineral and vitamin deficiencies and panic attacks: Check out: from the Schachter Center for Complimentary Medicine, regarding Magnesium Deficiencies. (big one)
Also certain other nutritional factors are known to have a calming effect on the nervous system. Calcium, zinc, inositol, choline, the amino acids tryptophan and taurine are among these nutrients. A deficiency of any of these can result in anxiety.
Please check all those separately, regarding possible deficiencies.
2. Toxicity from metals. Mercury, Copper, Lead, Cadmium. Hair analysis would indicate such toxicity. Easy to get done . Just do a search.
3. Low blood glucose would cause anxiety.
4. Overactive adrenals or overactive/underactive Thyroid . Either one could cause anxiety.
5. Allergies specific to the brain (check foods with additives and pesticides or enviromental
substances). There's Dr. Coca's Pulse test (free download-public domain entire book)
For Allergies dx and Elimination:
Best option is through an "Allergy Antidotes" trained Practitioner or Doctor in your area.
There's also a specific to the brain Allergy Elimination Protocol used in this practice
(brain kit). I'm familiar with this process, as I use this method in Canada. Just do a search.
There may be a free basic manual download, as I heard through the "grapevine". I haven't checked it myself (as I have no need for it)
If you want to check it out. Just search : Allergy Antidotes or Sandi Radomski (the program developer and allergy elimination expert)
Let me know, how all this goes (it will take some time).
Please take in consideration as well, for now, the suggestions I offered you a few days ago. (Remember Gabriel?)
I will follow up with more suggestions, as needed.
Keep us posted, and at any time you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
post here, or p.m. direct.
Blessings

try taking Sam-E most drug stores sell it, or 5 HTP .. Is there anything that triggers the panic like over thinking do you churn concerns over in your mind ?
To overcome anxiety, do this pranayam for 30 minutes, twice a day.Do it with eyes closed and concentrate on the third eye(between the two eyebrows).Allow 12 weeks, as this works gradually. Let me know your progress at intervals.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
