I have to say, I disagree on the most evolved creature theory. I believe God created us, just like it says in Genesis.
I agree you have your right to your belief, as do I.
Zinc is also a great wound healer. Good to take a few weeks before surgery, if able. But take on a full stomach as it causes terrible nausea if taken on an empty one.
Not sure what you mean, body metabolism. Zinc is involved in so many key physiological processes that it would be difficult to home in on just one. For example, adequate zinc is essential to a properly functioning immune system and wound healing. Physically active people with inadequate zinc intake can produce fatigue and weakening of the body by interfering with certain processes necessary for proper muscle and energy production. And this is just a start. Excess zinc is also toxic, so too much is as dangerous as too little. Important little mineral. As far as I know, vegetarians who eat properly lack only two nutrients: L-methionine, an amino acid, and B12, though you can get both by eating algae such as spirulina. Whether it's absorbed well enough is in question, and whether one should eat enough algae is also in question.
Hello there,
there is 2 kind of answer to your question.
Straight ahead zinc is to normalize the exchange of protein, carbohydrates and phosphoric substances and have some impact into the healing mechanism of the system and reproductive system.
Second answer is your are made from the same minerals you find in the earth because your are the most evolved form of creature on earth and therefore you need everything it haves to offer so that means at least 16 minerals are essential and you are omnivore as a result of evolution which means you get your proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins and minerals from both meat and vegetables. Vegetarians lack critical amino acids, vitamins, minerals and need supplements.
Best regards,
