memory loss and speech

by Debbie1957409, Aug 19, 2009 04:37PM
I am 52 years old, just recently I have been having trouble remembering things and having trouble with my speech.  I couldn't remember my husband's middle name or where I use to work.  Every once in awhile I slur my speech or don't make sense.  This just started happening but it doesn't happen frequently. Comes and goes.

Are you taking any meds, have you had a trauma recently anything happen to really upset you,any toxins ingested, all the things I mention can have an effect on short term memory. temporarily, As you are so young it would be good to check it out with your Doctor. Make some notes of how often it happens and what you were doing when it happened. Let us know how you are doing .
