i'm a 17 year old girl, could i have an aneurysm?

For several days now my stomach has felt a little weird and today i just noticed a slight pain with a bump below my left rib. it pulses pretty strong but my mom says she has always had one just like that, that pulses. i'm just scared because it hurts a little. not badly, but just enough to scare me. and also i keep feeling a little light headed. but i don't know if that could be due to the weird sleeping schedule i've put myself on, going to bed really late and waking up really late? i'm scared :(

oh, thank you! and yeah i know, i just read that it was more likely to be in males over 60 years old. i do have a history of anxiety in my family, maybe this could also be due to it? also, the lump moved out of the way when i pushed on it, so it makes me think maybe it could be gas? but my stomach has been slightly hurting all day in certain areas around my stomach but nothing too painful.

Your age doesn't protect you from having an aneurysm.  However, your symptoms don't sound like an aneurysm.  Aneurysms are caused by a weakened blood vessel rupturing.  Risks for this include high blood pressure, family history of aneurysms, etc.  Although you probably are not going to have an aneurysm, you may consider going to the doctor about the lump below your rib cage, and your light headedness.  You might also try to get a couple night of good sleep and see if you feel any better.
