I quit after 4/20 this year and I was a heavy marijuana smoker of 3-4 times per day (mostly blunts). One morning I woke up with what I later determined was heartburn and it scared me to think I was having a heart attack so for a month I was in and out of the doctors for about a month worried I was dying or my heart was going to fail. I got very bad anxiety for a while and chest pains. I also drank pretty heavily on weekends and occasionally throughout the week. My overall symptoms of withdrawl after quitting both at the same time were chest pains, health anxiety, stress, random dizzy "spells" where I would get light headed for periods of 30 seconds at best to 20-25 minutes at worst, and tons of random pains in my lower stomach and on my sides that felt under my ribs. All of these would make me worried I was having a more serious issue such as heart failure or some version of cancer. I had an Echocardiogram done (ultrasound of the heart), EKG, chest x-rays, and blood work that all came back fine. Having those done did in ways help but then other "symptoms" would appear because your mind is not used to feeling those things if you are high all the time like I was. I have since not smoked and many, and I mean many if not all of my symptoms have dissapeared or improved tremendously. Hang in there, and don't give up, obviously I'm no doctor so if you are seriously concerned get some tests done but these symptoms seem similar to mine. Connecting with someone or reading forums like these helped me because I wasn't alone. Let me know how things go. Best of luck to you.
