could this be sign of underlying hart problem

please i keep feeling dizzy every little time but if i could pick a rest for like 10 -20mints its subsidice and relieve me .what could be the cause...have done a wider test for maleria (malaria) and typhoid which came out negative please could you tell me the cause and what could be done to ease the dizziness and tiredness.

Dizziness is one of the most common symptoms, and can have hundreds of causes, and sometimes no cause is found.

One question: Is the room "spinning" or do you feel as when you are in a boat?

"Spinning" vertigo/dizziness is often caused by benign problems with the balance nerve. Nautic dizziness is often caused by low blood pressure. Like I said, there are hundreds of conditions that can cause dizziness, and far the most of them are completely benign.

I advice you to see a doctor and do some tests. It's really not easy to say.

If you have no other medical issues at all and want to relieve dizziness and tiredness you need to look to your diet would be one of the first things that i would do.  Tiredness can be caused from too much caffeine or sugar in your diet and you are getting the highs from the caffeine and sugar and when your system levels out you are just plain tired and exhausted so you may want to eliminate some of that from your diet.  As far as dizziness goes....that also could be caused from not eating properly at the correct times of day, could also be something like an inner ear problem or infection or like my friend above says it could be just about anything.  But sugar levels in the body cause both dizziness and tiredness.....i would at least try changing the way that you are eating for just a couple of days and see if that works if there are no heart issues going on...good luck to you.....

thanks a lot  really appreciate your reply,actuallly i ran another wider test for tyhop and maleria (malaria) and it came out positive this time,though have being treated with ciprotab and hallfan and given drips that contain cerofin.but the cold wont live and now i think i have chest pain that affects my back.
