Ok, first of all, what you're doing is extremely dangerous.  I used to have an eating disorder-I'm still thin, but I'm healthy.  At the rate you're going, you're going to suffer cardiac issues, and lose consciousness.  Trust me, you don't want to pass out on a hard floor, or when you're alone, or in you're sleep.  Listen, I'm 4'11" and 108 pounds, so you being 5'4" and 120 is 100% normal.  You do have what sounds like anorexia.  If you want to maintain your weight, eat 2,000 calories a day, and try to burn 500 in a day.  By no means should you be losing any more weight unless you want to suffer from severe cardiac/respiratory/neurological issues.   You will not get fat if you limit your calorie intake to about 2,000 and do a daily workout regimen, and eat healthy foods.  People who gain a lot of weight eat way more than 2,000 calories, don't exercise, and eat junk food.  If you really want to feel in control, try to get your health back before the hospital has to control you.
