headaches every day..terrified
hello there..all year (other than about 6 days in total) i have had a headache for part of or all of the day. They feel like migraines. I have seen drs 4 times now- they keep saying neuro signs normal and its due to my high stress levels and panic disorder. I want to believe them but i just can't and need to know there's isn't something bad happening to my brain. Surely stress couldn't make you have a headache every damn day.
Shoot I get head aches close to every damn day too. So does my mom and grandma. I've always assumed it was normal and never thought much into it. Which is strange for me cause I have health anxiety and tend to worry about any little thing wrong with my body.
