Hi, I am sorry you feel so bad.  I have a lot of similar problems, and I've been getting the run around from all the doctors also.  I thought I had Rheumatoid Arthritis, but the blood test is negative, so they say osteoarthritis and spinal degeneration.  I have bad joint pain in both knees, hands and my fingers, neck with herniated discs, bone spurs in feet, carpal tunnel, elbow tendonitis (at least they say that's what it is), you name it.   In addition I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and hypothyroid also.

I'm 51, actually will be 52 tomorrow, lol.  I get muscle pain and was evaluated for fibromyalgia, but they said no.  Everything is no, except my knees the doctors admit are bad, cartilage is wasting away.  The doctors are annoying, they ask me *Are you a nervous person?*  Yeah, I'm nervous about what the heck is wrong with me!

I'm telling you this so you don't feel so alone.  Believe me, I know how you feel.  I just started trying things by myself.  Use heat packs and/or ice packs.  I use ice on my knees and fingers, heat on my neck.  Try the muscle rubs, I like Aspercream.  I do agree with your doctor that you need more sleep, 6 hrs. is not enough.  Try 8 hrs.  Take Advil or Tylenol when you need it.  Try warm water therapy, a pool, or even a warm bath.  Eat healthy and drink a lot of water.

I hope you feel better soon.  Good luck.

I dunno if I asked you this before but did you move since all this started? Like a different enviroment or home? I still think my problems are linked to the new home I moved in, I did notice today the wood in my basement which is the same wood under my carpet upstairs say's Exterior so I am gonna check that out, wheather it may be something I am allergic to or Enviromental hazard I just don't know but I do know all my problems started 2 weeks after I moved in here.

I don't know i am tired with every day run around from doctors . My RF is negative my ANA is negative and all other test which they can do on me are fine . Now they are saying my issues are with sleep deprivation  as i am not taking enough sleep every night , according to them i have to take 10 hours sleep in the night and i am hardly taking 6 hours  which for me is fine as i have been doing this since i was in college .
I have too much tiredness / muscles fatigue /bone pains specially after small physical work.
I am loosing hope with my life and not getting any help from doctors , they think it is OCD and want me to take anti-depressant.

Excuse me but OA is not inflammatory disease, AS is seronegative which means no test results are positive, and RA is easily dignosed wouldn't have missed it :D
