Do I have Lupus or other Autoimmune Disease?

My symptoms are extreme fatigue that has lasted about 4yrs.
Here is some lab work...
Igg2 Elevated at 619 (68-525 normal range)
ANA >180 (<140 normal range)
DHEAS 369 (don't have range)
Rheumatiod FActor <15 (<15 normal)
TPO 270 TSH/T4 Normal
RBC 5.10 Slightly high
MCV 73.9 low (81-99 normal range)
MCH 24.3 low (27-35 normal range)
RDW 19.5 high (11.5-14.5 normal range)

They havent been able to find out what is wrong with me.  Can you suggest what else I should rule out? What tests are used to rule out?  What type of doctors?  Any referal for docs in Orange County, California would be appreciated.  I live in Huntington Beach, California.  Thank you so much for your time!***@****

Have you had your liver enzymes checked? I'd be tested for hep b and c if you haven't already.

I would evaluate for iron deficiency and thalassemia.  A low MCV level may be indicative of these diseases.  An accompanying Hgb and Hct level can evaluate whether anemia is present.

An elevated ANA level can be indicative of various rheumatological diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.  Further testing with more specific auto-antibodies can be considered for a more detailed evaluation.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.  A referral to a hematologist or rheumatologist can be considered for a more detailed evaluation.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
