Wow, that is awesome to have such a hobby, I love fresh veggies. Try not to get to down on yourself because it takes a little longer than before. Just be thankful that you are still able to do it. I am going to ask my doctor about the Methotrexate for sure. I tried the Celebrex last night and it ended up upsetting my stomach. After a week w/o Ultram, I doubt I will want to go back on it. When I am able I will look up the RA doctor. Thanks : )

Any time desert girl.
This week is going to be a busy one since the weather is cooling down here in the low desert I have to get my garden back in shape before the night time temps stay in the 50's and go lower. I move pretty slow and the goal is to get all my roses trimmed by Friday, my veggie pots ready for fresh lettuces and the winter flower beds weeded and fertilized ready for planting too. Quite a lot to accomplish considering I have one all the body stuff going on with my RA.  LOL

I used to be able to get all of it done in a day but now... I'm lucky if i can get it done in a few weeks even tho the goal is by Friday.

I hope you consider a visit to the RA doctor. I wouldn't have all the deformities and joint replacements I have today if 25years ago they had the new medications they have  today.

Methotrexate is a good first defense line drug that has been around and works well for many people, also, it is cheap - less than 30 bucks a month without co-pays or insurance. I hope you can go soon....  My RA doc is impressive at diagnosing many other diseases other then RA too - she saved my life 2 years ago because of her abilities to look at everything and not have tunnel, specialist  vision.....Take care.
