Top of Foot Pain in Morning

For the past couple of months, some mornings when I wake up the tops of my feet are so painful that I almost cannot walk. It clears up throughout the day, but is a very odd feeling. I do walk/run on my treadmill, but not every day and on the days I don't go on the treadmill I still experience the pain. I thought it may be due to some shoes, but seems also to happen no matter what pair I have worn that particular day.

Any experiences, suggestions on what this might be are appreciated.

Thanks...Laurie

Have you taken several days off from the treadmill?  It could be that your feet just need some rest and then you will feel better.  If it continues after a week of taking it easy, I would suggest you see a podiatrist to have the situation evaluated.

early arthritis can give such picture. do 10 mins hot water fomentation immediate after waking up and take paracetamol tabs daily after breakfast for 5 days and write me the response.
