Was I diagnosed incorrectly?

2 years ago i was diagnosed with RA since then I have tried just about every NSAID (and now have acid reflex due to it), Methotrexate, enbril, Humara and now remicade and none of them have appeared to be helping at all. the closest was enbril which only delt with some of the problems. I am beginning to think i was misdiagnosed. I only had a slight elevation level of rhumetoid factor yet i have severe RA. What else could I have?

I am sorry that you are suffering and that nothing seems to give you relief.  It might be worth getting another opinion.  It could still be RA even though you are not responding well to the therapies tried so far.  There are other meds available that may have to be explored that may prove to be more effective for you.

Actually everything ive done has been in combination. first NSAID and methotrexate then they added enbril then switched it to humara and now remicade. they have also tried steroids but they make me sick.

It is important to remember that blood work is not conclusive by itself when getting diagnosed.  You can test false positive or negative.  Blood work results help doctors when used in conjunction with symptoms and physical evidence from exams, xrays and other tests.
Some people respond better than others to the treatments available.  Many have to use combinations of medications to get relief.  I use NSAIDs, Plaquenil and Methotrexate.  Until I started responding to this combination my doctor had talked about adding Enbrel.  Has your doctor tried combining the drugs?  This might be worth investigation but do be sure to take into consideration all the ways the disease effects you before you determine how you will proceed.  These drugs all have serious side effects that should be taken into consideration before you decide to use them.

It could be fibromyalgia.  Some people get both RA and fibro, or osteoarthritis and fibro.  I assume your doctor did all the blood tests, including checking your thyroid.  If not, get that done.

I am kind of the opposite of you.  I was diagnosed with fibro (and osteo in my knees), but I think I have RA, but blood tests didn't show it.  Sometimes I think these doctors just throw a diagnosis at you and don't even listen to what your symptoms are.  I'm looking for a new doctor now.  Maybe you should switch doctors or at least get a second opinion, esp. since you are so young.
