I am pretty sure I have arthritis

So basically, my ankles are always hurting, even if I am not doing anything, its  a really dull achy pain, and my wrists get that too.  I will just be writing in school or typing and every like twist or movement of my wrist is really uncomfortable, and it almost brings me to tears, its that uncomfortable.  My knees sometimes get pain too like grinding.  I am in gymnastics and cheerleading fyi.  Also, when its about to rain or if it is already my ankle or knee starts hurting more.  I told my mom, she was gonna take me to the doctors, but said they wouldn't be able to do anything.  Ice doesn't help, rest doesn't help, well for the wrist it does.  I just want to know if there is anything I can do to relieve my pain.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other symptoms are present? Were there diagnostic tests or imaging studies done? The pain could be caused by a variety of issues such as muscle or skeletal as well as nerve  issues. While pain medications and rest may help, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor  for proper diagnosis and management. Take care and do keep us posted.
