lots of pain

i have seen a doctor for what i call shoulder and hand pain. What do i need to do if pain is worse specially for my hands?

I agree with Cindee.  If you are not getting relief from the pain, do not have a diagnosis or are getting worse, it is time to see a rheumatologist.

Is it your fingers, wrists, thumbs?  What part of the hand?  If it's the wrist it could be carpal tunnel.  Do you have numbness and tingling?  These are all signs of carpal tunnel.  If it's joint pain, I would see a rheumatologist.  They can test you for what type of arthritis, if any.
