I got rid of my sinus headaches by taking 500 mg of vitamin B5 daily. It is an anti-inflammatory and a mucus thinner. There are not side effects. I don't know if this will work for you. I told my sister-in-law about it and it worked for her.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

This definitely sounds like a sinusitis.  Some people get what it known as a chronic sinusitis- meaning that the sinuses never completely become decongested.  You end up with frequent sinus congestion, post nasal drip, sinus headaches and multiple sinus infections.  I suggest you see an ENT about this to find out if you do indedd have a sinusitis.  There are nasal sprays and other medications that they can prescribe to help the sinuses become decongested.  Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
