Unsure.. what is going on?

2 Questions> #1 Ok.. A year ago this comnig may.. I had this EXCRUSIATING pain in my upper right arm beween my elbow and shoulder. i felt as is someone was stabbing me. I had to harness my arm at work and well that was not easy cause well its my dominate side, I work with my hands and arm all day. with some sholder blade pain too. I spoke to my Doctor about it approx. a week after the really bad pain.. and i had told how is felt .. she said i just pulled something and its almost a year later the pain is there not as strong as it was it starting.. if i stretch to far.. it hurts .. i lean on it.. it hurts.. heck just sitting here typing is making it hurt.. so what would you think this could be caused by>??? torn muscle pulled muscle.. ??

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

I can't really be sure what caused your arm pain or what is causing the burning tingling.  It is possible that you could have a pinched nerve or a tendonitis.  My suggestion would be to see either an orthopedist or a neurologist.   They could order the proper tests to see what is going on.  Good Luck.
