I'm 13 weeks pg and I'm having pains in my chest is it normal to have being pg ???

I went to my ob appt. Today eveything is good other then the  baby was hidin and she couldnt pick the heart beat so I go for a ultrasound the 24th

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!  You will find throughout your pregnancy that you will develop many different aches and pains.  It is very hard to know what is considered "normal" and what is not.  This is why it is important to let your ob/gyn know about your symptoms.  Pre-natal care is so important.  So, you should let your doctor know about this.  It could simply be gas pains or the pressure of your growing baby, or a muscle.  However, you should let your doctor know so that he or she can evaluate you.  I hope this helps.  Good luck!
