Maybe pregnant
I took a pregnancy test today I should be 6 weeks and I have almost all the symptoms and it turned out negative could it just be that my HCG levels arnt high enough yet or is it in my head?

By 6 weeks, you typically should get a positive home pregnancy test. There are a few possibilities for what is going on with you. First, it may be that you are not pregnant. Or it could be that you are earlier than what you think (maybe your dates are off). Another possibility is that you got a false negative.
You could try taking a test again. If it is still negative, you can either call your ob/gyn and request a blood pregnancy test, or you could wait another week or so and try a home test again. I hope this helps. Good luck.
