two little wholes on baby palate?

My son will be 1yr old in a month, we recently discovered two little wholes on the roof of his palate. What does this mean? He does not have trouble eating or drinking. Nothing comes out of his nose. Please help me what could it be? Is it something bad? Is he in pain?

Thanks for using the forum.

I recommend taking your son to the doctor and getting it checked out. If he is not having feeding problems he is probably not in pain. Without physical examination I can't tell you what it is. Your doctor will be able to examine your son and prescribe appropriate treatment if necessary.

Hello.. I read your post. It seems that your baby may have Cleft Pallate.  I am not sure how serious it is but you may need to go to the hospital and get it checked out!!
